Damage Reporting & Returns Policy

At Swapna Sundari.SG, we take great care in inspecting and packaging our jewelry to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, despite our efforts, damage may occasionally occur during transit due to improper handling by third-party delivery services.

In the event of any damage, customers are required to report the issue on the same day the package is received. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 80878011 to report any defects. We are happy to assist with an exchange, which can be processed at Lakeside MRT on weekdays between 7 PM and 9 PM.

Please note that any delays in reporting damage or requesting a refund/replacement will result in ineligibility for a refund or replacement.

For hygiene reasons, clothing, fabric items, sarees, and suits are not eligible for exchange or refund.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in reporting any issues promptly, so we can assist you without delay.
